It was about 3:30pm..I looked out the window and it looked as though it was pitch black dark..It was erie and freaky, I decided I should go outside and snap some shots of these clouds..
Well the minute I walked back in my house the tornado whislte blows and the hail starts pounding on my windows and my deck..The down pour of rain was incredible...It was pretty amazing..The clouds whirl twirling around in the sky and the wind blowing sharply..
A tornado supposedly touched down out side of town and also at the lake here in town..Campers and tents ended up in the lake...What a way to spend your last summer weekend..It is suppose to be sunny,hot and a high of 90 Sunday..We will see..Because this morning the weather lady told me it was gonna be clear skies and warm with a high of 85...hmm..I don't think so..:)

Cool - we love wicked looking clouds - don't like that it got windy.
Hubby used to chase storms before kids, now he doesn't (I won't let him!)
Ohhhh, cool! I have never been in a tornado. I am glad that it didn't hit your house. That is kind of scary! LOVE the pics!
Unlike hurricanes, it doesn't take long to find out the 'news'from tornadoes. Looks like you missed making news this time. Glad yer ok.
