Ok just a heads up, the title has nothing to do with this post, I just have that song in my head..I love the movie Chicago. If you don't know the song, there is something wrong with that all the way around..Ok moving on now..

Last night as I was on my treadmill I had the Ipod jamming , and she was jammin loud..Yes SHEILA was jammin ( that is her name). I was jammin good to " busta move" by Young MC when something happened. I stepped on my shoelace and I nearly did a nose dive thru my window. I quickly get my self balanced. Ok all is good....20 minutes later as I am jammin to " My sharonna" by the Knack...It happens again. This time it was not so graceful...
Note to self..Make sure shoes are tied and tucked before you get on treadmill

Oh I wanted to tell you something happy for a change. I have talked before about Classmates.com and how I thought it was a big waste of money. Well the other day I get a message. A message from a very old friend ( well not old in like old lady sense, just long time no see kinda thing)....
we only knew eachother one year, and we were in 2 plays together in highschool . I was a freshman she was a senior.
well I heard from her the other day, and I was very shocked. It was wonderful to hear from her. She is a interior decorator..She sent me a photo if a playroom she deigned for her daughter, and holy crap, it was amazing...It was Peanuts..( which is funny because those are the 2 plays we were in, musicals actually..Also my BIL was in them both too)
anyway, I just wanted to share that, it really made my day....That was well worth the money I pay for the service.

Ok, last night I saw something no mortal should ever witness. Mr. Rodgers break dancing. He was busting a move. It left me with a bitter sweet taste in my mouth. This man can bust it open at 50...I cant do pillates at 30....Something there doesn't add up.

Yes, this kid has my genes. I kind of had a smile of pride on my face as I am telling him how saying such a thing is not nice, not nice at all..
But thinking to myself :
I will collect the 2 by 4's and you hold him and Dora down.
It was a proud moment for a mother.

i don't think you should apologize for your mention of blog etiquette. i added something to my rules, and that is i would like people to be polite by not leaving comments if they have potentially offensive avatar's. swear words, nudity, or pictures of inappropriate things, you need to remember that what you do on your own blog is up to you, but when your in other peoples space, perhaps they dont appreciate this. be sensitive to other people when you comment in their space.

I've never heard of a treadmill being so dangerous before. Of course, most people I know tie their shoes before they use it. (tee-hee)
I can't really remember what the other rules were but I think I agreed with all of them when I read that post originally...I agree with all of these too. Do you remember when I posted about word verification? It bugs me too. The spammers don't really hit me very often and like d said (waving at d) sometimes the spam is funny.

I normally try to be a set when i get on the ole treadmill, but i was in a rush last night, i wanted to be done by 7pm so I could watch american idol..and it was akready 20 after 6..so I had to run fast..haha
classmates is kind of a waste really...funny thing is I dont talk to any of my close friends from highschool..and I dont live anywhere near home anymore, so I am very good at avoding those i want too:)
I don't do the clasmates thing because really I lost touch with those people on purpose. If they mattered to me I would have kept in contact.
So the treadmill thing, I kinda laughed at the first time but I really laughed at the second time. Why you didn't secure both shoes when it happened the first time is beyond me. You are funny.

well my shoes were not untied, it was just the loop from the laces is too long and if I dont tuck it in my shoe, I have troubles..and I forgot to tuck them in, then when it hapen the first time, I quickly shoved the lace in my shoe..mind you i will not stop the treadmill while i am doing this, I dont wanna lose time..haha..but then i quickly realized the other lace was not tucked either..

I have visited the whole reunion and classmates website thing back when I was curious about my reunion. However, I still live in the same town I graduated from so I don't crave connection enough to have to pay for it just yet!

you can walk backwards on the treadmill? holy crap, I would not do that in a milloin years..teeehee
the last 10 minutes of my workout I put the incline at the highest point and walk at 4.5 miles..(run acctually)..works the butt pretty good;)
I've done that a time or two on the treadmill. Except it wasn't my shoelace I tripped over. I just stepped on the wrong part of the treadmill--the stable part and fell. It was a scene right out of Three's Company.
Hey, can you post pictures of this play room she designed? Would love to see it! And Christina - you didn't offend me, I mean I just wish you would learn to say how you feel about things. it is really disturbing how shy you are about things ;). HA! Also, is it mean that I laughed outloud about the treadmill tripping incidents...ha! and GREAT songs you were jamming too! I love them!
If I remember right....charles Barkley knocked the hell outta Barney on a SNL skit once....I was ok with that...lol
And I agree on the word verification thing...I took it off over two months ago and haven't had any pop up. I think blogger did something to fix that problem.
