If I am going thru a mid-life crisis at 30, does that mean I am going to die by the time I am 60?
I wont even be able to enjoy the fruits of living off the government and having no prescription coverage....
This depresses me more...
Guess I better enjoy the next 29 years.....

Oh wow. I've been away for a couple days, but I just caught up on your last few posts. You have got your hands so full right now! If anyone needs a vacation, it's you! I do pray for these kids, and your sister, too. I hope all works out for the best!!!
What ticks me off is how our "system" works and nobody really helps until something does happen, like you mention. I had the same prob (or similar, anyway) with my mother and no matter how many mental health places I went to seeking help for her, they always said their hands were tied. Why do bad things have to happen before anybody gives a shit????

Well the thing is that the way things are going you might as well give up hopes of social security because the program is going to bankrupt before we are old enough to receive it. I am sorry you are going through a mid life crisis, does this mean you are going out and buying a convertable?

poor girl! I've had times where I felt like you do and it SUCKS! Sometimes it worked itself out, sometimes I had to 'medicate'.
It'll all be good again, don't worry......and a boob job defintely helps if you can find a way to mortgage the kids for it lol

This is all just too much. So, what made social services get involved with your sister and her kids? Thank God, but how terrible and stupid of her to possibly lose her kids for how long?
I know that being a mother really has to be a selfless job and that's what's makes it so hard to do. I know everyday it seems I'm just trying to keep parts of me. But, it really is about them. I guess, like everyone else, I want parts of me to still exist. So hard.

Slow down and take a deep breath girly... everything happens for a reason, and you're truely never given more than you can handle. You may not know the reason, or believe that you can actually handle for awhile down the road, but it always proves true.
