so mad I could spit nails

So the repair man came...I have waited for 3 weeks for this thing to get fixed..he comes in says he doesnt have the part...why the hell did i give them the make and model number for them to order the parts...when they did not order the part...WTF??

So fuc*ing mad right now I could spit nails...Now he says it will be next wed...Damn the fuc*ing Sears repair center anyway.Toodles

Don't you just love 'em? Spit the nails in his direction tho...then we can all throw darts at him too until he cries uncle!!

I hate Sears. I hate their salesmen, I hate their cashiers, I hete their repairmen. We had a similar problem with our old fridge. They guy came out 3 times before it was fixed properly. Made me want to feed him to my dog...

Robin I am beging to myslef...what did they have me waste the time gviing them the info to oreder the part...when they had no intetion on doing it...wtf..!!

Repair situations suck! Dread them. I have also had some terrible experiences. I need a treadmill so bad--for my kids. just kidding. I hope this works out for you soon.

last week I had the same thing with the AC guy. 85 degrees in the house and he says he'll "give me a call when the part comes in." What part of having a melting baby did he miss? I swear I am in the wrong profession. The "service" people of the world are running it.

Maybe you should call and complain....maybe you'll get a discount! (I wouldn't count on it, but you never know!)

nope no discount peanutt...it is all covered under my warrenty..so its FREE!!..but still pisses me off
