Ding Dong...

The witch is dead....

I'm back...I have driven thru MN, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico...
27 hours worth of hell..

and then ALL the way back again..

This was a very trying time for me.

I may or may have not wet myself on this journey. When you see road signs with a picture of car with a Big mother fuckin boulder rolling down the mountain smashing the car...u just get a warm tingly feeling inside..

I wont mention the fact no one shed any tears, I wont mention the fact her 5 kids and myself were the ONLY ones at her service.

Oh, and the best part, she was cremated and her service was in her backyard..

You heard that right...the backyard.

It was made clear that she did not like any of us..

it sort of solidified the whole thing when we were cleaning out her storage shed and in the boxes were pictures..Pictures her family had sent to her over the years..

Grandkids, great grand kids...

all in boxes.

This whole trip was more of a celebration. I think her children are sad about the fact they never got answers as to why she hated them....sad over the fact on her death bed she never said sorry...or even made it known she loved any of us. But happy its all over now...
No more lies, no more hurtful spews of words...no more her.

At the service my one toothless aunt, (she use to be the pretty one) she said one of the last things the woman said to her was that she didn't think my mother knew her ass from a hole in the ground.

It may be true sometimes, but why do u say this at a service?

This one aunt lived with the woman....they were good at manipulating everyone and lying to the family about things.

They tried getting my uncles nursing license revoked because he refused to send them money..

All they care about is money and things.

Her whole service was about how much she liked her things.

not her family..but a pot and a nursing pin...only things that were talked about..

only things that were of any value to her.

a fucking pot and her nursing pin.

Hope she is toasty warm..

~

The drive was ok...on the way home it rained..I mean down poured. Albuquerque never gets rain, except when I'm trying thru drive 90 miles an hour down Highway 24...then it rains like it has never rained before..

Las Cruses was colder then normal. It was only in the 80's and 90's...another damn let down..

My aunt lives near mountains...see..

These were takin with my cell phone, I do have better pictures...Just don't have them yet..

On a walk about we took, look what I ran into..

Thats right bitches, its a baby tarantula....don't be haters..

~

I was very rushed in my packing and that lead to me not having enough underwear to get me thru these trying times..

I ended up washing a bunch of them in a sink at a hotel with a bar of soap.

I wont even tell you about the dive we stayed at in Amarillo Texas.

It had the word Luxury in it, so surly it must be well..luxurious.

It was so bad I slept on top a towel, with no blanket. I was so worried about cockroaches falling outta the lighting fixtures we slept with the lights on..

I am too tired to tell u anymore..

today is the first day of school...

In a few days I will post pics of Boo's cake..

I missed her birthday.

I will leave u with a little gem I found on the side of the road on Kansas..

its a dead armadillo...again, don't be a hater.

But, it's a dry heat.

Well, in the west that is.

I can't verify what kind of heat it is where the wicked go.

I'm looking forward to the pictures. As I said, I was having that nervous breakdown while travelling those regions, so I didn't stop to think to pull out a camera.

You do realize you captured a pic of the spy the large ghost spider (that lives in your bedroom) sent forth to follow you.

Mmm hmm.

Its gonna be all sorts of pissed now.

Sucks about the burn-in-hell grandma being a total biotch. I snorted when I read that the funeral was in her back yard though. hehehe.
Just end to a crappy life lived ;)

OH my holy god. You are so retarded...in a good way.

sounds like your one aunt is following in her mothers evil, tainted footsteps. I hope she meets with an untimly accident in which she is attempting to get new teeth but instead, she is euthanized in the interest of all humanity

Are those the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in NM? If they are, that's where my brother's gonna scatter my ashes. I sure hope I don't end up laying on top of evil Grams....gah! It's too hideous to imagine!

Welcome home!

The whole thing is sad, in so many ways, but I am glad it's over and done.

I hope Boo gets her proper birthday celebration now.

Love ya!

Well, your gram has figured out by now that her money and things didn't go with her. Hope they are making your toothless aunt happy now. Oh, that's right...those things aren't important so she'll be just as miserable. Hope she doesn't have kids. What a cruel thing to say with your mom right there. Nasty toothless hag.

Hope you can unwind a bit now that it's just you and Boo. Maybe Butch will turn over a new homework leaf or you'll be drinking every night.

One good thing out of this, you will not have to do it again.

Tam,
nope..she has no kids...thank GOD..

I think I will drink every night anyway..

Joe,
so very true buddy, so very true..

My lord you did have quite a trying time. I guess she lived her life the way she wanted but it's still sad and it still sucks.
Yick i can't like tarantulas (baby or otherwise) or dead armadillos or "luxury" motels. (isn't that an oxymoron anyway!!!).
Woman you deserve a medal.

When we were at Ft. Huachuca, AZ I got to experience "monsoon season." In the late summer through early fall, it would rain like a son of bitch about every day around 2ish or so.

It went from 100 degrees in the shade to 100 degrees with 100% humidity.

I hated the west with a firey passion.
