Rat a tap..Ring a ding..I am moving and disconnecting my phone

So I finally am able to lay Emma down..Hence I can lay down now. Not more than 10 minutes later I hear a knocking at my door. Being the fool I am I get up to see who it is..It is not like I get a lot of people knocking on my door..I don't even no anyone...And I see it is a young man...He is cute..And I already know he is wanting to sell me something...I tell him "if you are selling anything I am not buying anything"..But he keeps on talking..And because he is cute I keep listieing...He is a student and going to attend Michigan State..He is from Grand Rapids..I know where they it is so I tell him I am from Michigan..Love Michigan ya no:)...We talk for a few I still tell him I am not buying anything..He keeps on..Finally I tell him I have no checkbook with me as my hubby took it to work(which was a lie)..He says well you can pay me cash..Then I proceed to tell him I do not make any money at my job so I have no cash..hee hee...Finally he leaves..

I get settled back on my couch and my phone rings..Normally I look to see who is calling before I answer because I so hate telemarketers...Why did I put my name on the Do Not Call regisrty anyway?...I get this same call about 3 times a week.. It is a call for a person who does not live here..A creditor..I am so sick of it..No matter how many times we tell them they have the wrong number..The still call..So of there is a ZACHARY ROSENBERG OUT THERE..PLEASE PAY YOUR $45 SO YOUR CREDITORS STOP CALLING MY HOUSE...THANK YOU..

Then I get back to my couch..Ring ring..I get it ..Again...."Is Mr. So and so there"..I say "no can I take a message"..They say "is this Mrs so and so"..I say "yes"....Then I hear.."I am not trying to sell anything I just want to know if you have a few minutes to take a survey"...So I say"..If I had a few minutes to take a survey I would of called you"...Then I hang up...I know that was not lady like or very Christian of me...But I can only take so much in one day...
By this time the baby is awake and wanting lunch...I so give up...Toodles

I am totally going to use that "if I had time to take a survey I would have called you" line. That is the best.

I hate those days where you THINK you have a moment to relax only to find out in the first 3 seconds of silence that 101 people want to bug you! I hear ya about the Do Not Call registry, what is the point?

Awesome! I tried that with a bill collector. I said, "If I had money I would pay you."

They didn't laugh.

I hate when I answer the door when I think that I know who it is. Oh, the disappointment. Same thing with the phone. People knocking [did you know that Jehovah Witnesses are out and about during the week too?!?!?] and phones ringing [telemarketers] are probably one of top worst things about being home in the day.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
